Car Hire - Terms and Conditions
Below you'll find a list of our car hire terms and conditions. If anything is unclear please ask us to explain it further.
- Use in UK mainland only.
- Driver must be between 25 and 70 years.*
- Driver must have held full, clean, licence for over 12 months.*
- Hire subject to availability and insurance clearance.
- £150.00 deposit required. If C.D.W is not taken and payment is not by credit or debit card.
- Price includes AA cover, insurance and VAT.
- Vehicle example models used to indicate size of car.
- Vehicle subject to damage excess of £500 for each and every incident unless collision damage waiver is taken.
- Please contact us for terms and conditions for long term rentals.
- All fuel costs are the responsibility of hirer.
- Daily mileage allowance of 150 miles included FOC. Mileage above this will be charged at 7-11p per mile depending on vehicle.
- Weekly hires up to 28 days have unlimited mileage allowance.
- Hires of 28 days plus see long term conditions section.
*Some exceptions apply, please enquiry.
C.D.W - if Collision Damage Waiver is taken out the hirer will not be liable for any insurance damage excess in the event of any accident or damage to vehicle.
If C.D.W. is not taken out the hirer is liable for £500 excess, for each and every incident of damage to the vehicle howsoever caused.
C.D.W must be taken out on all MPV vehicles.
