What is included?
Mileage
- 2000 miles per month (4 weeks). Mileage above this rate charged according to vehicle (7 - 11p + VAT per mile).
Insurance
- Fully comprehensive insurance. Your liability in the event of each incident of damage or accident (howsoever caused) is the first £500.00. This excess liability may be waived if collision damage waiver is taken out (subject to conditions).
- Companies may use their own insurance (subject to verification).
Recovery
- All of our vehicles are covered by a comprehensive AA breakdown and recovery service.
Maintenance
- All servicing and repair costs included.
Tax
- Road fund licence included.
Payment
- Will be invoiced and remittance due 4 weekly in advance. Payment is by Credit Card. Company cheques must be cleared in advance.
Flexibility
- There are no hidden penalties should you need to terminate the contract - you would revert to the rate applicable for period hired and be invoiced for the difference in cost.
All vehicles are fully serviced and valetted prior to collection.
Our aim is to make things as easy and convenient for you as possible, with the minimum of administration and fuss. For long term hire we will monitor the service and maintenance requirements needed, collecting from your premises and providing a replacement vehicle for you.
